・午前の部：「攻守2種類の慈恩〜団体形に役立つ稽古法〜」
・午後の部：「観空小〜形の解説（後屈立ち、蹴り技の稽古法）〜」

新たな形に挑戦し、試合に向けて技を磨きましょう。

The content differs between sessions, so we recommend attending both!

・Morning: “Jion – Two Approaches to Offense and Defense & Training Methods for Team Kata”
・Evening: “Kanku-sho – Kata Breakdown & Training Methods for Back Stance & Keri Techniques”

Challenge new kata and sharpen your skills for competition!
